Well the drug saga came to light as a result of an investigation into organised crime. Which it would seem bomber is also mixed up in. Doesnt seem like too much of a leap to me. Not to mention that clearly his thinking on the matter of substances going into the body is obviously totally skewed.

Felt sorry for lever yesterday. Every time he got the ball he'd have 3 blokes coming at him and he would look up and see only hawks to kick to. Quite simply we did not work hard enough off the ball. We'd switch and the hawkswould take off, meanwhile our mids would be having a cup of tea on the original wing. The guy needs someone to kick to but had no options.

Yeah its something we've been very poor at for years. A shepherd doesnt have to be a giant bump, just a block that protects the ball carrier and allows him to settle before he kicks is sufficient. Hibberd did this saturday and i said it was a kodak moment

Na its not fitness. Its just a lack of development to know when and how to slow the game down and work it forward carefully. Playing at lightning pace works a lot..but when the oppo has momentum you need to stop it. Cats did it very well yesterday. A number of times they held onto the ball for about 2 mins. A couple of switches, back and forth, carefully down the wing and a f50 entry. Takes the sting out - but its knowing when AND having the ability to execute as a team. The hawks were masters of it.

Some of the rules need changing. Taking the legs should only be feet first. Deliberate shouldnt be paid if the opposition could have kept the ball in. Kicking in danger needs to be paid more Selwood needs more free kicks.
