I'll be honest. Last few years I had a boss who was excellent, and I mean excellent. But good God did I despise him. No personal manner about him. Would often infuriate me without even having a clue. I literally moved to get away from him. I'm not saying Pert or Richardson are like this but it is certainly possible to have everything going well but people want you gone.

One might suggest that the problem with this club over the last 60 odd years has been egos in and around the boardroom.
