Salem might miss a few games after his hit on a player in the VFL, so this may not happen. Was I also led to believe that Hogan is a chance next weekend as well?

Also, Gus Brayshaw showed today not only what a quality player he is but how important he can be to our football side in the coming years. Wonderful game and almost brought a tear to the eye to see him out there.

Well everyone... we did it. We made hard work of it and we would all have been as nervous as we have been all year. But we did it. We responded to a fortnight of very poor football and have kept ourselves in the frame. I'm super proud of the club. When the pressure was on we stood up to be counted and won - we are now back in the eight and in there with a huge chance of breaking the finals drought. I'm emotionally and mentally exhausted, but gee was it worth it! DEMONS!

Well, this is it. One quarter of footy here where we need every player, especially our leaders, to make and stand and ensure that we don't give this match away. The Saints were always going to come at us, and now we will see how we respond. If we don't win from here, after our great start, then we don't deserve to play finals.

That goal from Pedo was crucial to finish off that term. We did well for 20 minutes and then they came at us a little, which they were always going to do. To kick one right on half time will hopefully deflate their momentum and we can kick on in the second half. Super impressed with ANB so far, Harmes has been terrific Gus' return has been brilliant. All this without Hannan and Garlett having much impact around the ground for us. Keep it up and smash them off the park Dees!

Super quarter of footy, couldn't have asked for a much better response. Keeping my excitement levels as low as possible though as there is still plenty of footy left to be played. We must keep up this intensity and continue to put scoreboard pressure on. Absolutely loving it at the minute!
