Just for feedback if others have issues, there is a 4.88mb limit in attachments per user. Once this has been used it it wont let you upload or attach anything else until you delete a few. To do this, go to your profile>my attachments and then start deleting. Hope that's helpful.
  5. He'll play again, we need his goal kicking ability now. He was a victim to a terrible coaching match up and why it was allowed to continue is beyond me. Building nicely and I'm not really a fan of his.
  6. Stats are useless unless you read them in the right way, David King is the perfect example of this. For eg what's the point of winning contested possession when you have 3 going at the ball and leaving 2-3 opposition players free to take away the spilled ball.
  7. Yep he seems to be so hell bent on playing the zone and reluctant to change in games. Hawks, Pies and now Swans cut us up and he won't go man on man at any time. Port was another game in the last and Cats in Geelong.
  8. 120 uncontested marks for the Swans shows massive holes in either the game plan, Goodwins lack of nous or stubbornness shows up once again and he should have put a lock on it early in the game.
  9. Love a bit of left field thinking, good post
  10. Yep definitely takes a good defender and I remember previous seasons of his down hill skiing. Some people might say TMAC didnt play v Tiges, Hawks etc but he has consistently performed better against the better sides since being back while Hogan been MIA. TMAC is our best forward now, especially consistency wise. And good point, Jesse runs like a crooked old man at times and as highlighted On The Couch, his leading and positioning is way out of whack, TMAC seems to get it right most times.
  11. My mistake mate, I should've been clearer, might grab a coffee myself! Here are the stats I put up on Monday in case you missed it. Hogan: Has kicked only 9 goals in 8 games vs the top 10 at an average of just 1.12 goals per game, being goalless twice and kicking 1 on 4 occasions. In contrast vs the bottom 8 he has kicked 38 goals in 12 games at an average of 3.16 per game. That is flat track territory and gives weight to those that are arguing this point. TMAC on the other hand this year missed a few games at the start but in his 4 games against the top 10 has booted 15 goals at an average of 3.75 per game and 27 goals in 11 games vs bottom 8 at 2.45 per game.
  12. I went last year, best game I've ever been to. Just be aware, the WCE boo everything, like you've never heard before.
  13. Sorry, 1.15 - that's average mate. vs bottom 8 it was 3.65 per game from memory.
  14. Can those players eventually emulate Martin, Cotchin, J Riewoldt, Rance or Selwood, Ablett, Tom Hawkins, Dangerfield...... that's the worry for me, we just don't know yet but I can't see them reaching those lofty heights yet. A good discussion to have in 2 years though and with Vineys injury, he may not be the player we thought he'd become. Those opposition players stand up in big games consistently, currently we are flat track bullies.
  15. 3 options for Goodwin: Pedersen to FF Weideman in and FF or wouldn’t be surprised if they move Petracca there ala Coll game last year Considering Hogan’s record against the better sides (1.15) we only need someone to snag 1-2, mids and Tommy will do the rest. Kent and Hannan bring extra firepower and they only need 7-8 touches to do it. Best back will go to Tommy and he’ll run them ragged anyway. We won there last year without Hogan.
  16. Bontempelli still u22, feels like he’s been around forever
  17. Yes we have a few of those types that don’t stand up in big games. ANBs disposal has always been terrible, he really needs to fix it if he wants to be best 22 in future. As for Harmes, super impressive form recently, some of the things he’s doing reminds me of De Goey, but maybe it’s just the blonde locks. Good on him I say.
  18. Stretch, Viney and Hogan all played out games with sore feet. Not good and mind boggling considering previous foot injuries
  19. As a defensive wingmen, only 10 goals kicked also. Not sticking up for the guy, but thought ANB was by far WOG
