  1. Apart from Lever there is no evidence of it, Kelly, Sloane, Martin all polled well. May needs a very big pre-season. His best footy was quite some time ago. Does May in, Hogan out make us better, I'm not sure. Pick 5 can be used on a much better player, value for money as with all investing. For eg, I'd rather Harris Andrews with a pick 5 than I would Steven May.
  2. Hogan was 4th before injury, has a history of kicking goals, 47 this year. Rance, Blicavs, Laird, Rance, Hurley, McGovern, Stratton, Hardwick, Sicily, Jonas etc all polled prominently, won or finished top 10. May really wasnt linked to leaving heavily until this year, in 2017 he finished 9th, at a basketcase club. Buyer beware for pick 5 IMO.
  3. There's a few "soggy biscuit" experts here.
  4. Just looking at Steven May BnF results, in 2017 finished 9th, this year didn't make the top 10. Pick 5?

  6. Haha that’s an insult to Delta! Malt O Milk, created for people without tastebuds
  7. Delta cream all the way
  8. A guy whos been at the club for 2 days and the CEO calling shots with list management........(laughs).
  9. And what did you say.......?
  10. So, why would Fremantle put in an offer which included pick 11 & supposedly offer him $4.5m if they still hadn’t completed due diligence and were concerned about damaged goods? Makes no sense. Peter Bell is a lawyer, I’m going to assume he’s playing a big game, has put due diligence in there to fuel rumours to push Jesse's price down while not officially saying they’re pulling out. Other than that, Fremantle is a basket case club, the AFL should intervene as this whole trade period has been a shambles. And why and how can you have a bloke who’s been at your club for 2 days calling all the shots? And CEO going into traderadio everyday.... they are is disarray. It doesn’t surprise me that Lyon & Bell/Rosich aren’t getting along, Ross just wants his players.
  11. Rumour I heard was Freo offered Jesse 5 x $900,000. You don’t do that and offer pick 11 if any issues are serious surely? And I don’t believe they’ve just found anything out, they’ve been stalking him for years.
  12. Freo have pulled out - basket case club, you've got to laugh
  13. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didnt they offer their second rounder "next year" - so would be ~25 or worse?
  14. ~10 list spots to fill.......tick tock
  15. Sorry, I was being sarcastic.
  16. Buy high sell low
  17. I'm with you. Even today, he should have come out and said "we are now looking at ways to get May and keep Hogan." Not his best effort and Freo are using it against us as they know we need to trade JH.
  18. Mahoney should have said "we are now looking at ways to facilitate a trade for May without needing to with Jesse."
  19. Just what Casey need to go all the way.
  20. You of all people should know that nowhere did I say Jesse had nominated Freo in any official capacity, all I said was, according to Mitch Cleary, Jesse has said he wants to play for them, the rest to me is common sense, maybe not for some.
  21. So would Freo make an offer if Jesse didnt want to go there?
  22. Thank god Jesse is an unrestricted free agent next year!
  23. OK, I'm not answering this question again, it's getting tiresome. As I said, Mitch Cleary said it and common bloody sense would say Freo wouldn't have put him through a medical, wouldn't have put in an offer for Jesse if he didn't want to go there or hadn't agreed. And for the process to get that far all parties would have agreed to salary and terms, this is common sense, if you can't work that out then I can't help you.
  24. Mitch Cleary said he wants to be at Freo next year. Players don't need to come out and say anything, I'm not sure why everyone is thinking that, they can agree behind closed doors, like May would have. As I said, he wouldnt of done a medical if he didn't want to go there. Nor would Freo put in an offer if didn't want to go there. Hope is the first sign of denial around these parts (not directed at you).
  25. Mick Warner "In the end, Fremantle will give up pick 5 for Jesse Hogan. They will play hardball, but will relent around 7pm next Wednesday night."
