Eddie Betts.....So what did happen??
I think it was someone else commenting on her post from what I gather, as they said the first comment below, but I could be wrong mate. Either way it’s bloody sad

MFC Cactus for the rest of 2018
You could very well be right, well know within the next 4-6

Changes v Port
When I said that, I meant rather than throwing Kielty or Petty to Dixon and co, much safer play imo and I’d love to see Petty debut

I personally think all 4 have plateaued or gone backwards.

Have Harmes, ANB, Hannan or Petracca improved at all this year?

Future Queens Birthday holiday games.
About time Collingwood had a harder draw too, for years they've been blessed with bugger all travel.

Changes v Port
OK! I've settled down (a little), had a think about our structure and I think against Ryder, Dixon and Westoff it would be throwing Petty to the wolves so I have opted with Frost. He has experience, speed and has trained with the back line since he has been at the club. I think right now, its the "safest" play. Jones comes out of the middle to move back to his old hunting ground, as a captain he needs to lead so go back there and do it, his value in the middle has diminished this year IMO. Mr Petracca - I'm giving you the bye to sort your attitude out and a game after it. Weideman replaces Pedersen, thanks Cam you've been a great club man. Weid has the rest of the year to get game time into him. Vince, sorry Bernie, it's time to release the young ones, can't play him and Lewis in the same side. Hannan has a spell, potentially injured. Anyway just my thoughts, most likely all wrong and won'rt happen anyway but that's where my head is at! I do hope Garlett gets a game and if they went silly with 4 changes he'd be the one I'd bring in. In: Weideman, Frost, Tyson Out: Vince, Pedersen, Hannan B - Jetta, O McDonald, N Jones HB - Lewis, Frost, Hibberd C - Fritsch, Viney, Salem HF - Petracca, Hogan, Tyson F - Weideman, Tom McDonald, Melksham Foll - Gawn, Brayshaw, Oliver I/C Spargo, J Smith, ANB, Harmes

We could miss finals with 13 wins
So frustrating, I'll direct the blame at lack of leadership for now, not the coach.

Paul Roos on the Demonland Podcast Tonight (13/6)
You're doing an outstanding job with Demonland Andy, a credit to you, we appreciate your efforts.

Eddie Betts.....So what did happen??
From what I've heard there is actually 2 stories: 1. A racist post on social media 2. Something to do with Crows in off season I could be wrong of course but you've got to feel for the guy, he's copped it his whole career and it's sad.

Watts Dropped from Port
No need for me to really comment, I just hope he’s doing ok and wish him well. The MFC made the right choice.

Future Queens Birthday holiday games.
I’d keep QB, but look to move the MND aspect to an Essendon game. Win/win

Changes v Port
An issue is, Viney can’t play anywhere else, he’s not versatile. Jones is a poor leader who just seems to run around in circles or against the play for cheap handballs out the back. The midfield must be Oliver, Brayshaw, Viney. I was hoping Petracca would be by now that burst of speed out of the centre but he’s just so lazy.

Playing with no ACL??
I was just about to write that and you beat me to it! Brilliant ?

Changes v Port
Dixon could kill one of our guys, going to be an issue

Post Match Discussion - Round 12
That's the crux of my issues with yesterday, good teams respond. Anyway, a rest needed and a big half of year coming.
-
Changes v Port
I don't hate Petracca, in fact I think he's a star in the making, but he's seriously lazy and surely nobody can deny he has underwhelmed on expectations this year. I want him to become the player I think he can be, which could be one of the best in the league.

Changes v Port
Biggest front runner in the side.

Post Match Discussion - Round 12
I think Jeremy wanted to leave to play forward and to play finals? My memory may be incorrect though

The 'It's my opinion and I'll crack it if I want to' Mid-Season Review
What do you rate our performance out of 10 to this point? Why? 7/10. Have put away sides like we haven't in the past so that's a real positive, however against good sides we still struggle. Haw, Geel, Coll, Rich. Which player has impressed you the most? Tom McDonald and Nev Jetta. Which draftee has made the biggest impact? Bayley Fritsch. What has been our best win to date? v Adelaide in Alice. Which player(s) needs to improve in the second half of the year? Christian Petracca by a mile.....then followed by Jones, Salem, Vince, Lewis. What has been our most disappointing performance? Collingwood. 2nd spot on the line at the bye, Neale Daniher/MND day and big stage and crowd, succumbed to pressure against the side that stopped us from playing finals in 2017. Where do you see us finishing? Give a win/loss and finishing position 6-8th. 13-9 Fancy us to still finish Top 2? Not now. Clearly still a middle of the road side who beats up weak opponents and struggles against top sides. Reckon we'll fall at the last hurdle again? Will be close. Need to beat the weak sides again and get an upset or two from Port, Adel, WCE or Syd. We need to beat these sides to consider ourselves a chance of stealing a flag.
