Gee what a game and team we follow. We are a fickle bunch. Well at least I am. Thoughts of catastrophe and emotions of doom and gloom during and following the Lion's game. When Max went down and the cameras revealed how dejected he was in that room by himself, I felt the same way. I thought our season was done and dusted. But thank goodness for Grundy who has done a fine job since. I'm sure Jackson couldn't have stepped up like him. And Max will be back very soon. Add to this beating last years runners up and winning over in Perth.....both by over 50 points and we look like premiers again. Tmac showed glimpses of his 21 form. Bbb will be back and Kozzie could have kicked 6. Our backline is better than ever even without Salo ...tx JV and the other JV our interim captain proved to us why he is. A win against the Don's may have us on top of the ladder depending on other results and I feel confident again. Thanks Mfcss but you can go away for now.

Funny how people have such different perspectives. I sighted Anb numerous times. I saw about 7 hard tackles from him. Played well.

It was fun while it lasted. He's a great defender and an average forward for mine.

There were a lot of posters arguing that Tmac was done. I get it to some extent but it wasn't that long ago when he was a huge part of our last flag. Yesterday he showed those skills and determination again. A fit Tmac playing at his best will see us go all the way again.

It's always great to have Spargo pop up up and kick a goal when we need one. Always on time and does it so often.

I've been complaining about Grundy not taking enough marks. I now accept this doesn't matter. His ruck work is excellent but his ground work at collecting and winning the ball is even better. He also uses it very well and the ammount of running and presenting as an option is elite for a big man. Props to Tmac and Kozzie who impacted the game after being absent for a week and two respectively. Kozzie could easily have kicked six. It didn't seem great to watch but it's still a 10 goal win interstate and our 3rd game in 4 of kicking over 100 points. I'm hoping Bbb comes back to our fwd line. Not knocking Petty but I think Bbb is a better mark. Credit to JV who played his best game for a while. He is a beast.

Well it wasn't pretty but we got the Easter eggs. Vineys back and so is Fritta. Grundy still going gangsters. Tmac has returned and Kozzie out for 2 weeks could have kicked six. McVee and Hiibberd great in our baxkline. Using our wings again to create opportunities. Any win against eagle supporters is a goid one.
