    I had the pleasure of being within 10 metres of some of Garland's rebound work on Saturday morning and it made me realize how good he is in traffic His change of direction is exceptional. Roos would be very happy to have such a polished and experienced defender ready to roll in 2015!

    The club had organized for players to do some signings and meet and greet Several were still on the ground when I left after 200 minutes in the heat I will put up some pics later today Cheers all!

    Players warming down in pairs and shooting for goal Rawlings instructing Salem on some 1 on 1 body work and close checking 22 blokes still out on the oval

    A few of the seniors including Dunny and Nat Jones were not satisfied with what they perceived as a drop off in the final half hour. They called all players back on the ground for a pep talk and another short and sharp running activity with the injured players having to do a push-up repeat exercise at the same time. Petracca excelled in the short sprints, a good sign from a junior after a hot 3hrs in the Qld sun Many players then stayed on the ground for some shots at goal

    Running repeat 300's now to finish session

    Been training for 2 & 3/4 hours now Two groups doing different drills now One surging forward from the wing the other bringing the ball out of defence with short kicks and handballs

    Howe just blitzed in a defenders activity where the ball is kicked high to 3 different marking targets and the defender has to run to each and try to spoil He finished with the regulation screamer Grimes just got smashed in this activity and walked in looking worse for wear

    Kent & Riley have gone in at the moment. Still can't tell the difference between Harmes & Hunt Dawes took a nice mark over Macca deep in the forward line before in match play He is another that has been intense and verbal throughout but the biggest voice marshall is Dunny.

    Back to bump, tag & run activities without ball now Nice to see big Max without a knee bandage keeping up in all the running stuff

    All this time Roos has been watching and barking instructions to the assistants from high up in his cherry-Picker but now he is striding out to join what must be the 3qtr time huddle

    Started back after half time and ice baths. Another full ground run & carry activity Watts doing well now along with Brayshaw, Howe, Hunt and Cross
