  1. We all went up a few decibels on Monday against the Pies to support our team and Brodie Grundy, the cheek of those fools booing their former two time All Australian was more than we could bare, particularly when they forced him out I loved those moments and you are correct D9 we are following the game rather than booing every oppo possession. We were right on on Monday.!!!
  2. Goody said we won’t risk Clarry he will need to prove his fitness before playing on Thursday prefer him to take another week and be ready for the Alice game against GWS.!!
  3. Wow Port are the standout team having 50odd more shots than the next best side just as well they aren’t the most accurate side.!!!!
  4. Need to play them hard and tough like we did the Pies.!!!
  5. We have attended all home games to date and although we have had some convincing wins others have been less so. The Pies win was exhilarating but we seem to be holding back at times, where are we going to find that extra improvement that will enable us to win the prize.?
  6. Unfortunately it has really started to flag the lack of football nous shown by those running the AFLand the impact it is having on the game that we love, simple things like Fixture, Umpiring, MRO, favouritism, inexplicable decisions regarding the future of the game, it’s all about the Money.!!! Why did Brad Scott leave the inner sanctum to take up coaching again??
  7. Yes WWS Roos Camels, Donkeys apparently pretty feral after sunset, mind you I actually never saw any road kill between Uluṟu and Alice??
  8. Thanks Kev and all posters bet there were a few sore boys out there today, lots of interesting discussions regarding breaks hopefully we have it covered going forward.!!!
  9. BBO Uluṟu and the Olga’s are worth the trip, the road is pretty good but time your drive during daylight hours only, we were advised to stay of the roads at night.!!
  10. We have fond memories of Alice Springs in 2022, I would recommend that anyone attending hook up with the Demon Army they guided us to best seating handed out flags and allowed us to join in the crowd noise. Great day out in unfamiliar circumstances and who would forget The Kozzie, Kozzie, Kozzie chant as he lit up the ground with six great goals that helped us keep Port at bay.!!!
  11. YB after watching the replay 3 times those dropped marks by Steven and the ones dropped by Rick and Max grate quite a bit. Lol.!!!
  12. Hi WJ did Kynen Brown play?
  13. Personally I would prefer topping up from this years draft we need another tallish mid with high footy IQ, a tall forward/ ruck, plus another tall back and hopefully Kynan Brown if he makes the grade. We need to complement Petty, JVR, Jefferson, Verrall and Addams. Happy to bring forward our 1st and 2nd rounders from 2024 to trade up a few spots to get what we need. This is supposedly a Super Draft so let’s take advantage of our trade hand and help set ourselves for the next 5 years.!!!
  14. Me to.❤️💙
  15. Thanks LH great effort as usual we have done very well this year.!!
  16. Very happy about that love young Chandler now he can get his kicking boots back on. Kade wasn’t far off, his signing shows that we have a lot of confidence and expectations for the young man. Top effort Kade and MFC.!!!
  17. I noticed Tom Mitchell throwing his head back a couple of times and rewarded for it, they have a couple of stagers in their team which is really annoying poor Kozzie can’t get a free even when he is in a head lock. Umpires are confused enough don’t need players flopping on the ground for no apparent reason.!!!
  18. What a great day to be at the G arrived early to soak up the atmosphere rugged up for a cold June day blue sky sun shining through jackets coming off in droves. Big Freeze entertaining, ground looked pristine, pie was hot, crowd was building nicely bit of crowd noise, all the regulars were seated around us a bit like an odd family, feeling anxious and edgy. Siren goes we are off the roller coaster continued to gather speed as we began to dominate the game without putting them way, exhilarating we were so good in every way but score board pressure, the Pies crowd were subdued because they knew as we knew we were the better side today. When they Booed Grundy we all clapped and cheered like our lives depended on it and when the final siren sounded we all erupted like mad things clapping and singing our lungs out. Two huge crowds this year and we have won them both. Our team stood up, some brilliantly but all assisted and stuck to the game plan, well done Players, Coaches, Demon Army the Big Freeze No.9 and the wonderful brilliant Melbourne Supporters you all did us proud.❤️💙!!
  19. Agree with Fanatique today.!!
  20. GtG Dees were well represented and very loud when Pies booed Grundy we were able to cheer them out. What a game, great to see our supporters out in large numbers and so loudly supporting the boys.!!
  21. Has this ever happened before full house and neither team announced 22 hrs before the game, quite baffling- you post first, no you post first, NO YOU POST FIRST.!!!!!!!!
  22. Jed must be struggling without Tomlinson and Turner holding down key back roles, certainly puts the pressure on Addams and Jefferson with Brown and TMac both out yet had we kicked straight we could have been right in this. Comeon Casey.!!!
  23. Thanks Andy that was a very entertaining and informative interview you got Troy to open up and provide an insight into each of our defenders young and experienced his knowledge and expertise gives me great confidence that our youngsters are in great hands and will be ready to go once they get their opportunities, very comforting.!!
  24. Thanks Kev and all posters very informative and entertaining as usual, hope Clayton and Hibbo hot to trot next Monday. Really looking forward to how we stack up against the Pies.
  25. To be honest seeing Daisie in Cats colours creeped me out and has no place on our website. Is that to harsh.!!
