AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURSÂ
Yep. Even if we wanted to potentially add a depth player there's literally nothing that sticks out in the current market. I suppose they are delisted for a reason.

Well done Jimmy.

Big Ben Brownâs Wild Ride
He'll be 29 next year. Not sure whether it was his back that resulted in this but his form in the back end of the year dropped significantly. We were just lucky the like of Brown, Fritsch, Pickett were able to stand up and kick goals. I honestly think that IF Weideman is able to have an injury free pre season and get through the pre season games without any hiccups then he may potentially take McDonald's spot. But right now it's McDonald's spot to lose.

Rubbish. They lost to us and GWS and were down 24 points against St Kilda as well. They also should have lost to Brisbane had it not been for the debacle umpiring which cost the Lions the match in the last minute of the game. They're not as invincible as they use to be down at GMHBA stadium

I dont think they make finals also. They're absolutely cooked.

They brought in Jeremy Cameron specifically to win them a flag. They thought with their list age demographic and experience he would be the final piece to the puzzle. If they win the flag next year then yes it's a huge win for them in terms of trade. So far it's a fail.

"Luke Jackson won't make it as a ruckman" Dwayne Russell 3/12/20
I've been the same mate. Watching Jackson go about on the weekend was simply impressive as you'll see from a ruck performance. Same as the Gawn performance in the prelim.

Interesting take.- AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURSÂ
I think Patrick Naish might be a bit of watch this space. Hasn't been able to break into the Richmond line for the past couple of years even though he's dominated VFL level. In his 6 games this year at VFL level he averaged 28.5 disposals per game as an outside speedy wingman. He was a highly rated under 18 prospect who was part of the highly AFL Academy squad. Outside wingman who's quick and has neat kicking skills Wouldn't be surprised if the club are looking at him purely as a depth player as that outside player.- Jake Melksham
Best thing for his career would be to go to another club. He'll struggle to get a game next year unless there's an injury. Unfortunately I highly doubt there'll be any takers.- 2021 List and Contract Details
- Welcome to Demonland: Taj Woewodin
#8 Taj Woewodin Perhaps riding the high of Melbourneâs AFL Grand Final victory the day before, Demons fan and father-son candidate Woewodin made a terrific start to the game. He was part of the Sharksâ starting midfield mix and got his hands on the ball, shifting onto his right side to release long kicks forward. He also rotated into attack, missing a set shot in term one but sinking another from 40m in term two. He ended up with 22 disposals, seven marks and a goal in a clean display to round out the Sharksâ season.- AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURSÂ
He is best friends with Ed Langdon and they even lived together at Freo. Getting Weller would just be the perfect compliment to our midfield brigade.- When did the tears start watching the grand final?
Mid way through the last. Not sure which goal but I was half tank also. I knew when Clarry kicked that goal we were home. I didn't cry then but i had an overriding emotion of pure joy and my mind just went straight to the likes of all the past Melbourne players and even supporters who some have waited 50 years like my dad. Unfortunately it was a night of sadness as I received a text message of congratulations from an ex friend who notified me that my old mentor and counsellor who was also a tragic Melbourne supporter had recently passed away back in July this year of cancer. She thought I knew but I didn't. We had only messaged each other after the Richmond win this year pretty much confirming to each other that the lid was off and we could seriously win it this year and we'd both attend the grand final if we got there. She was in her 50s and was as passionate as they come but also the biggest heart of gold. She'd never seen a Melbourne flag and I was completely gutted that she was only 2 months of from seeing one for the first time in her life. I'm more angry she never told me that she was terminally ill but understood that's how she was a person. That win was for you dear Kate. - Jake Melksham
