Our little one came down with a virus on Friday and was chucking all day yesterday. At least that gives a me an excuse not to go to that cesspit of a stadium. Not holding my breath for this one. Something has been off in the last 2 weeks, injuries aside. We just havent had that sustained hunger. Hopefully Lewis can come in and show some leadership - as we have been devoid of it for weeks. Really want to see Viney have a big game. Hasnt been his usual self all year.

A face only a mother could love, but the kid can play. Would give up just about anything to get him now.

Not the time to talk about him smoking. It means absolutely squat at a time like this. Lost his old man, who was clearly an important figure in his life. Give him the week off to mourn and regroup. Not a lot to ask.

Gotta commend Watts for his role so far. He has done really really for what its worth. But when the reality bus hits, he just cant compete against the best dozen ruckman in the comp, its just chalk and cheese stuff. So vital now with no 3rd man up to have that dominant big man. I have no doubt that we would of won 2 if not 3 of the last games with Gawny, Lewis and Hoges in the side. Quite easily could be 4 from 5 right now. But should/could/woulds dont win games. The season is slipping by at a rapid rate now. A loss this week will put an absurd amount of pressure on in the back half - and we just dont have the cattle to pull that off...yet. Im gonna guess we will be slightly better off than last year, still missing the finals - and thats best case scenario.
