So true. It happened week in and week out. I used to tell my little boys one day we will be like the good team and kick easy goals like they do and lots of them.. For years I told them this. The last five weeks have been a joy.

My views on Goodwin are unaltered. He is admirably and luckily bluffing his way through. He is consistent only at inconsistency. Results this weekend will prove this. When we lose, its always in the same manner. Over the top, out the back, Lever and McDonald looking stupid, inept forward entries to outmanned contests, exhausted from attack, and no energy and or structure to defend. Week in week out. This suggests he is not learning. Just occupying, collecting a cheque, satisfying and fulfilling an ego and desire to one day be the coach of an AFL footy side. Thus, it will be a loss this week and Goodwin, since taking over will have coached us to 16 wins and 16 losses. In 5 weeks time the Jesse Hogan is returning to WA bandwagon will start rolling. For make no mistake, if we are not at least two games above .500 in 5 weeks time then it will be obvious to all, pundits, Jackson, Bartlett, the board, that Goodwin is not cut out for it. So, Goodwin's future head coaching career will be determined by mid jun. And so it should be. He should be very worried.

What about the the coaching Joeboy? Three word analysis for that? The players are only following instructions.

This is true and I am honestly happy for the bloke. He was treated like poo by Goodwin. Did not deserve it. I think we are missing his class on the field. We are missing his composure and decision making. We are missing his presence in the locker room. Such a shame. A more experienced coach and he'd still be a dee. We have a second year teacher as principal of a school. Disaster.

So true. Sure thing, Goody and his staff will have it all rectified by the end of May. September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April and all of May. That's ten months and Goodwin also had April, May, June, July and August to 'explain' or 'show' our players what their roles are. Goodwin got lucky. Said the right things in an interview, presented well, adept at powerpoint presentations, still in shape. He fooled them. Nothing special at all. He has won 15 and lost 15.

Tend to agree. Our coaching staff are letting us down. We are in a bad way. Many of the glass half full types on here are admirably saying the right things, staying positive, finding the positives in our losses, remaining level headed with sophisticated, thoughtful, level-headed posts. They are in denial. Terrified beyond belief that the half-glass empty types might have it right. Terrified to admit what they know to be true. We seriously have a flawed game plan for our personnel. Our 'elite' coaching team are getting this wrong. Not the players.
