		Farewell Clayton Oliver

Can someone remind me what the Stringer trade price was? I'd be interested to know where our Clarrie sits on that D(*)H scale... (*Let's be kind, please: 'Disturbed')

Yeah, I guess. Any wriggle space for leverage in final i.e. actual contract/s negotiations? And would there be a conflict of interest case regardless of contract terms? I know there's been lots of salary-shares already out there, with no such action having been taken in any of them.

		Farewell Clayton Oliver

This will be the PR challenge; to get the privy info across sufficiently, and convincingly align actions with aims. All while acknowledging but de-catastrophising the financial and other costs.

		Farewell Clayton Oliver

Legal eagles, help me out here. Would any MFC contribution to salary be under Oliver's existing contract, a new one, or (heaven forbid!) none? Presuming a contract operates, particularly his existing one, would Oliver be in conflict of interest (under both his MFC and otherFC contracts) if he played against us? Would this at least be grounds to require he not play; or even, at best, a breach of contract? Fun if we faced off in a GF...

		Farewell Clayton Oliver

No doubt this question will get opinions rather than inside knowledge, but here goes anyway: What happens - teammate-wise, football-wise, Oliver-wise - if we make him stay?

		Farewell Clayton Oliver

If things happens as 'feared', it will be interesting to see how overtly and negatively the PR includes Clayton's interactions with the Club's environment and reactions to the Club's new requirements of him. I hope it can at least settle 'was he pushed or did he spit?'

Hanks for that, Ado! Steven's the tall one, then? And it looks like they're 'G-handy somewhere on Jolimont Hill?

2025 Player Reviews: #14 Jack Billings

I saw him, Sarah and pram in Church St Brighton (of course!) must have been just before, too. Gee players look 'normal' in the real world(*), including, in this case, that 'new dad' look I might just have imagined (there was also that fleeting 'you know who I am' look on his face, with a bit of a smile, luckily, when we made eye contact!) (*As 'real' as Brahton can be...)

2025 Player Reviews: #14 Jack Billings

Good luck, Jack (as a wish rather than an observation, btw!๐) Creditable words about his time at the Dees. https://www.msn.com/en-au/sport/afl/delisted-demon-exploring-afl-comeback-afl-trade-news/ar-AA1Of8JI?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=68ea14233b0042a1915ebbcd83cee1b5&ei=19

		Welcome to Demonland: Brody Mihocek

See above. Notwithstanding (or resting?๐) I'm pretty bullish about him!

		Welcome to Demonland: Brody Mihocek

From 9:00, specifics of his foot 'revealed'. Cause for caution, when considered in conjunction with 'I'm banged up', 'the problems I've got with my body', playing through a couple of games with the toe, and (apparently) being left - for the time being - to recover himself?

Bags the bucket hat look. I'm presuming Roo will be able to upgrade (or get out of the embarrassment altogether)...

...and it looks to clearly be the correcter one. (See what I did there? Then I made it worser? I used to definitely be good at English. Then I became a Engineer (true fact!))- The Tahj & Kai White thread
The White boys(*) sure must know how to live under constant - albeit loving - pressure to perform! Should stand them in good stead for a last-Saturday-in-September or two at the 'G! (* Interestingly worrying: Auto correct wanted to capitalise the 'b'...)- Welcome to Demonland: Max Heath
...and Lamb keeps including 'AJ' in his list of our 'young forwards coming on'.- Farewell Clayton Oliver
I still don't. Is that all? Trac no off-field issues? Different type, maybe, but... Clarry not performing well? Not nominal-pick/salary-contribution badly! Will Dogs be stumping up JUH salary? I need more.- Farewell Clayton Oliver
Sooooo much going on, I've not been able to keep track(!) Would someone remind me, please, why contracted-Petracca negotiations involve significant player/s or multiple high draft picks in return, and no salary contribution, but contracted-Oliver negotiations involve (at best) low draft picks in return and salary contribution?- Welcome to Demonland: Max Heath
That image: foreshadowing many jaw-dropping moments for the Dees!- Leek Aleer
Lamb on trade radio today specified that it was because our emerging backs had sufficiently progressed in 2025 that he was not needed. (This might also inform how we approach Aleer's availability...)- Welcome to Demonland: Max Heath
Keeping us grounded there, Numbers! ๐คจ- Welcome to Demonland: Max Heath
It'll also give us another 15 years of looking forward to a first bounce by 'Max'...- Welcome to Demonland: Max Heath
