So are you thinking they need to drop all 3 or just 1? Is leg speed your issue? I think leg speed is there issue but I also think they are needed to lead and direct on the ground.

I agree with this. I read a training report that Fritsch was training with the mids. I think ANB comes out for Garlett and Fritsch will push up the ground. Trac in for Salem of course.

I don't think his confidence will come from rucking. He is an out and out key forward and needs to play AFL. Developing as a key forward in the VFL is very difficult due to ground sizes, game style and the level of skill down there.
