Hi Daisy I think I have it worked out. One option was an upgrade was $0 when I added it to a child It is a shame I have bought my ticket but cannot see how this system is workable. Happy that others seem to have no problem but it's like trying to booking finals tickets for me.

I am going to that part. It shows the $0 options. You select them and they ask for payment. It's exactly the way JTR describes except for the end result!

I couldn't find anything on the general admission and purchased a $45 ticket in the Melbourne allocation. Am I buying a reserved seat. It was easier to get the ticket for GWS!
