PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 21st January 2026
I’m hoping he could be of a similar mould to Jamie Elliott
-
PRESEASON TRAINING: Friday 9th January 2026
Now predicting 43 degrees! That’s just insane for Melbourne

PRESEASON TRAINING: Friday 9th January 2026
Maybe due to the forecast tomorrow?

Aidan Johnson
PF bit of pot calling the kettle black here. You have been going on and on about Jeffo who hasn’t shown much yet.
-
Aidan Johnson
I think he could also be trialled as a key defender. I reckon he would be solid at afl level as a full back, don’t think he has enough tricks to be a forward or part time ruck.

Training Ground?
That will be the VIC government contribution. Well I’d say $15m-$30m. Still not moving the needle. Do you understand the difference between $30m and $1 billion?
-
Training Ground?
$15m for local sports fields isn’t swinging any election, so it’s irrelevant and won’t impact on this. Both a Labor or Lib government would be funding improvements to local facilities. They spend billions on infrastructure projects, $15m is a drop in the ocean.

State of Origin is Back
Pumped to see Riv get a nod for the WA team. I’m also hopeful maybe he will get the nod for VC this year, we need to start bringing through the younger leaders!

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 17th December 2025
The new iOS update on my iPhone has been killing me recently….
-
Annual General Meeting
But I will say I like the current emblem a lot more than the monstrosity that Cameron Schwab came up with
-
Annual General Meeting
Obviously the home base is the most important issue, but I’m not a big fan of our current emblem. I find it very boring and uninspiring. I’d love to see us incorporate the Demon back into, but still use the monogram on the jerseys and some merchandise.
-
Training Ground?
You don’t think dealing with a range of different businesses in Victoria wouldn’t give him experience? I also think networking is probably the most important part of the CEOs role also, which is why Gil was so much better than Dillon. I also believe Guerra was the managing director of Optum International/United Health group, vice president at Motorola and a director at Vodafone.

PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 17th December 2025
How’s he moving? Hard coming back form an Achilles injury
-
Training Ground?
I think it’s a really good thing given the experience and success Cook has had. Guerra obviously has extensive business experience and great connections in Victoria, but fast tracking his knowledge on football matters makes sense.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
Not offended, it’s just part of the issue he had with us. Minimising crazy actions and no accountability.
