Former MFC President Joe Gutnick calls to make club-shaking moves
I think we can all agree to disagree and not keep saying the same thing over and over Some people think Goodwin has been top 4 H&A for 3 straight years and done well despite poor finals losses and a bad year this year. Others think he has failed. One thing is fact - he is the best coach we've had in 60 years

Former MFC President Joe Gutnick calls to make club-shaking moves
Hey Robbo, the bloke who collects my bins just yelled out 'Sack Goodwin'. Your backpage for tomorrow is sorted Rubbish Man Wastes No Time Dirtying up Goody

or if he coached a team that is not the MFC. Goodwin deserves to be under pressure, but I'm still waiting for the blowtorch to come onto underperforming non-premiership coaches like Nicks, Longmuir, Lyon, etc.

The last time Goodwin was under this much pressure was the preseason of 2021 A good omen

Hopes for 2025
I watched the GF and the 2021 round 22 win against the Cats and aside from it being awesome the main thing I noticed was Clayton Oliver. Absolute domination around the ball and kicking goals. I had almost forgotten how freakish he is. Hard to bring it down to one bloke but if he can get his form back - anything is possible. He is the greatest player I have seen play for us

Hopes for 2025
This is just factually false. Goodwin rewards young players, the list is too long to name. Development of young players has been excellent the last 5 years. Bowey, Rivers, McVee, Turner, Kozzi, Howes, Sparrow, Tholstrup, JVR, Windsor, etc, etc

Tairon Ah-Mu - No access for Dees NGA Talent
Will be great to see the Swans win another flag based purely on their unfair academy advantages Almost Zero chance Heeney, Gulden, Blakey or Mills are in their team otherwise

MEMBERSHIP TALLY
I'd be interested to know if the numbers follow the same criteria for each club. Are 3 game memberships included, pet memberships, etc.? The numbers for 11 game + memberships would be interesting to see but not sure if available. +note to George - Tigers also declined in numbers

Farewell James Jordon

For those saying 2nd round pick What would you accept if you were the Blues? He was pick 5, then traded 3 years ago for pick 6. Has had injuries but has played 53 games in 3 years at the Blues but with some good footy in 2023. We'd have to give up the equivalent of a pick between 14-18 I think. maybe pick 25 and F2? I reckon his best footy is ahead of him. Maybe if the Blues want a salary dump that could help us in negotiations Blues have pick 11 so Port would want a high 2nd rounder in addition you'd think

Farewell James Jordon
Well Billings wasn't even there last year but he has been poor. Trade was worth a shot imo due to his talent but he doesn't have the mentality for AFL Hunter was brought in to play wing as Jordon wasn't doing very well in that position. And Hunter was pretty good in 2023

Farewell James Jordon
True he was good in his debut season. But after that didn't kick on. Averaged 13 touches in his last season with us. He is a good role player in a top side though. I was probably being a but tough on him

I'd be keen on him. About to turn 25. Had a good season last year playing 22 games. Would be worth a late first rounder I'd guess Would add versatility to our midfield group
