It will take a long time to establish a brand new fan base but Arsenal for example average 30K per match and will be playing in the Emirates stadium (70K capacity) next season. They have many stars and other teams play in tiny stadiums and average very low numbers. The US W league averages over 10K per game over the whole league so there is definite improvement, once it keeps getting support If the AFL start taking the AFLW seriously and putting money into it, it will grow.
