I reckon the odds of McLean coming to us as part of the Grundy trade is a fair chance. He played 22 games in the ruck and fwd, kicked 21 goals. He won't be playing much with Grundy there. Only 24. Him and Gawn would work nicely together 197cm 99kg about to enter his prime. Swans have a lot of talls If not him, then one of their tall fwds. They will have Reid, McDonald and Amartey. Can't really play all three Or even throw in the unknown Jack Buller. 199cm fwd/ruck. 22yo, done well in the WAFL last year apparently.

If he is leaving for more midfield minutes I am not sure the Swans are the best choice Mills, Warner, Gulden, Parker (still only 30), Heeney

Might be pedantic but if a pick is after the first round or at the end of the first round, it’s a second round pick. they are looking at getting a few pick 19’s which after father sons and academy picks us more likely to be picks 22/23. wont make much difference to them. They have ~6 quality players and a lot of dead wood. they’ll be bottom 2 again next year.

Trac fkking robbed in the last 7 rounds the umps count touches not influence. they shouldn’t be allowed to check stats. If we had a fwd line and Trac played 70% midfield he’d have 34 votes easy
