I went to the Adelaide game and Port supporters were also complaining about their players kicking it to “Max” .Not Gawn.Not that mongrel Gawn.They didn’t boo him.They respected his skills and stamina.I reckon most non Melbourne supporters feel like that.

I think the AFLPA is funded by the AFL. And therefore TV companies who run the AFL. Hence they get access to the rooms. The AFL will do anything to make money. It has no ethics.

My Saints mates said his kicking was crap.No great loss.I thought his disposal was ok.

And that is the AFL’s reason for bringing this rule in - it’s to get fans talking about it .To “promote” the game.Many other rules are also open to interpretation as well .Footy is becoming a frustrating game to enjoy. I am thinking I might cancel my membership of the MFC.And don’t get me talking about the “entertainment” before the game and at half time !

It was a great day. However l wish Goody had acknowledged his supporting coaching team.

I was there today as well.While I had a phone to take photos I also took a camera.Because my phone is old and I was not sure if I could transfer photos to my PC.The lady took photos with the camera and the phone.She could not have been nicer.My wife has been able to download the photos from the camera but not the phone which is what l feared.But the camera one will do just fine , so I can send photos off to relatives overseas.Thanks MFC.So generous to us supporters.

I met Brian Wilson about 3 years ago at a Dees game at the MCG. We used to be neighbours a long time ago.He told to me to keep supporting the Dees - he was passionate.
