I got to training after the VFL team left the ground.Stayed around and watched Choco train about 12 Casey players -including Weid.Asked a trainer about Tommy Mac and he said he is coming along nicely.Asked if he would be right in 3 weeks ,but he didn’t really answer my question.

Peter Lawrence ran for the Board last year and was unsuccessful.He hasn’t given up.He and others have written to The board with suggested changes but they have been mostly ignored.He has a website: www.democracy.com and has also placed an ad in the Herald Sun on p 55 - it takes up the whole page.Basically he wants a democratic,transparent club with a quota for women on the board.The club is having a zoom meeting tonight to discuss their proposed changes to the club’s constitution.

I went to the Adelaide game and Port supporters were also complaining about their players kicking it to “Max” .Not Gawn.Not that mongrel Gawn.They didn’t boo him.They respected his skills and stamina.I reckon most non Melbourne supporters feel like that.
