We were beaten last week against the Dogs n the midfield so alarm bells were ringing then. They have lost connection with Max again and are being smashed at the clearances - a rethink is needed because I think opposition sides have figured us out.

Jordan didn’t have a great day mostly due to poor disposal, which at times looked lazy and a little bit arrogant. He was surely streets ahead of Vince who has done nothing all year and plays with no urgency.

Please no more Pederson or Vince. Tyson needs to come back after his game for Casey. Spargo isn’t quite there yet and Hannan doesn’t do enough. Stretch deserves another go,

He’s only 19 so I hardly think he would be frustrated at not being played at this stage. I believe our player management and development is now first class. Also I think he has just extended his contract. The days of players pizzing off at the first opportunity seem to be over.

I remember him being laughed at as well - that changed very quickly. A great man, sorely missed.

Gee, Rawlings is impressive- wouldn’t mind betting he gets a senior gig one day. Great to see Casey play the same high pressure contested footy as our firsts. Everyone is singing from the same songbook at last.

I remember seeing him play in a reserves game wearing glasses, against Footscray I think.
