Goodwin emphasized in his latest interview that players will be selected on form. I think he was setting the scene for the non-selection of TMac. Jones and/or Tomlinson would be the likely inclusions methinks.

It’s worth listening to Jimmy Hannans post game interview. Nice to hear from someone that’s articulate and not cliche ridden. I think the forward line functions much better with him there.

I have been critical of selection but you have to agree that Weed and OMac have come back reborn and have benefited from having to fight for their place. Hopefully, they are both now a constant presence in the side for a long time to come.

Would like to see Tomlinson at centre half forward - he is tall enough and mobile. I think he offers more than Brown or Smith as a forward.
