BAGHDAD BOB'S TRAINING REPORT MARTIN'S TRAINING REPORT If anyone is braving the scorching heat and heading down to training we'd love to read about your observations. Upcoming AFL training sessions Date: Monday 9 December Start time: 9.45am Location: Gosch's Paddock *Please note: Training times and locations are subject to change at late notice. Please check this page on the morning of each session to confirm the time and date. Players may be available to sign any items at the conclusion of their training session. Signing will be dependent on individual training schedules and not all players may be available. Getting to Gosch's Paddock Public transport Gosch's Paddock is located a short walk from Richmond train station. Jolimont station is also located a 10 minute walk away. Tram route 70 also stops near the ground at AAMI Park (stop 7D). Tram route 48 and 75 are also located in the vicinity near Jolimont Station. Bus 246 (Latrobe Uni - Elsternwick Station) travels down Punt Road, stops at the corner of Olympic Blvd. From here patrons can walk to Gosch's Paddock. Read more about public transport here. MELBOURNE Pick 3 Luke Jackson declared to foxfooty.com.au at the draft combine that he wanted to play Round 1. But considering his preferred position (ruck) and the fact a dual All-Australian (Max Gawn) has worked so well as the solo ruckman in recent years, it’s hard to see him getting an opening-round debut against the Eagles. Same goes for Kysaiah Pickett, who has a sensational highlights package but is very raw — and likely to still be very raw by Round 1. But Melbourne’s Round 1 bolter could be its Pick 32 Trent Rivers, whose kicking and decision-making during his draft year was outstanding. The Dees need some class in defence and across the wing — and Rivers has the potential to provide that immediately.

My query that you quoted referred to Kade Kolodjashnij but I'm curious to know why Jones hasn't been at training over the past two sessions.

Come to think about it I didn't notice that Jones wasn't there on Wednesday. That's two sessions in a row.

I wonder what the ailment is? Is it concussion related or soft tissue?
