  1. Given the conditions and the emergencies available it definitely makes sense. 3 talls and one small on a possibly wet pitch. No brainer.
  2. I think Frankston, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Sandringham and Glen Waverly lines (might be others so check) are also running buses from some stations. Please check and if so give yourself a lot of extra time. I took a bus from Malvern to Etihad last year and it took ages.
  3. Howe with a very Melbourne kick.
  4. Cox is also a spud. He's played 2 good games. One against us unfortunately.
  5. Tim Kelly is going to be a huge loss at year's end.
  6. I love me some crying Eddie on a Friday night.
  7. Not liking Hawkins having a mare with accuracy in front of goal. You just know what that means.
  8. Esava Ratugolea having his hammies worked on. Tom Hawkins looks like he dislocated a finger. Should be fine.

  11. ? | https://www.sen.com.au/news/2019/03/22/afl-players-to-be-given-free-agency-for-life Under the new guidelines, those who are axed by their club will be made a delisted free agent for life, overriding the previous rules where a player had to notch up eight years of service before being eligible for restricted free agency. In the past, players who had been delisted prior to eight years of service would be forced to enter the draft or explore their options during the trade period, but the new rules gives these players more flexibility in that they will be able to look elsewhere at the completion of their contract.
  12. Perhaps the AFL or the State Government can reimburse the clubs for loss of revenue (gate receipts/memberships) during this disruption period.

  15. What do you guys think will be be the crowd size for tomorrow's game? Considering we had massive turn outs for the finals you'd think we'd get a decent crowd in for the first game of the year at a friendly day and time. Will we crack the 40,000 mark? What's a pass mark?
