Also uploading photos from the iPhone has always been problematic. Sometimes it works fine other times it throws up a weird error. I don’t know if it’s a format or size issue but it happens to me and as admin I have unlimited quota of image storage on here.

I haven’t changed any settings. What size are the photos you are trying to upload. also there are free online photo hosting sites where you can upload a photo and link it here.
