My read is that the club's TikTok stuff is aimed at a much younger audience than people in their 20s. And that's my point. The socials need to cater to the whole spectrum and not just try, whether successful or not, to capture the Gen Alpha market. Agree re: GWS. But it has to be more than just that. People want genuine information about the footy side of stuff and not just what the players do in the off time (which I agree has place too). There is a way to provide the footy stuff without giving away tactics.

We don't know what areas the club has cut resources and funding from but it seems that social media and comms likely has taken a hit. Losing Ben Gibson was huge and I don't believe they have adequately replaced him. In this day and age club comms and social media is huge in order to engage the whole supporter base. I think they are trying to engage the youth market and I don't know how successful they are with that as that content is not my cup of tea. Perhaps the kids love that stuff and it is important to engage that area of the market but in terms of real information about the footy side of things other clubs are far superior in that regard.
