I was under the assumption that Declan had trained all preseason with the forward line. @Drunkn167 mentioned pregame that he would be playing forward. Seems like he was intended to play as a forward in the second half. Something obviously occurred with Preuss which changed the plan? Could have been the heat sapping the amount of game time he could handle and they didn't want to throw TMac and Weid for longer minutes in the ruck and hence Declan drew the short straw. I could also be looking way too much into this.
