Nathan Brown set to return to Adelaide

Featured Replies

Hi Gang,

Just heard from a relative that one of my favourite Melbourne players (Nathan Brown) is set to head back to Adelaide and play in a local league. He feels he has offered as much as he can.

If anyone has extracted close to their full potential from their body down at the dees, it would be doggy. I admire him greatly and his service has been nothing short of outstanding. Further, he is a wonderful club man.

We wish him well

Cant tell if your being serious or not... <_<

While Dogga is very mcuh malined by a lot of people, me included, i would never discount his guts, determination, and love for the club and his mates. That is why i'm taking this thread seriously, i think he'd recognise that he's probably not going to be here next and rather than draw it out, he'd be happy to move back on home.

Maybe this is all BS, but in the few times i've met him i've never seen anyone so pleased to be doing what he loves.

Hi Coxy,

Disappointingly I am being deadly serious. The wording of my post was unclear but it was one of HIS

relatives, not mine.

I hope they/I am wrong.

well i wish him well if he does go

He has been a good contibutor to the club and I wish him all the best

Shame that he has to go out on a season such as this though

There was an article online - presumably in an Adelaide paper - about Nathan Brown during the week before the Port game.

He mentioned that he'd like to reunite with 'his mate Walsh' and play with him, but seemed to indicate that he wasn't quite done at AFL level.
