Lever and Steele doing some work with Selwyn Griffiths with the stretchy band. Band around both of them while one of them walks backwards trying to pull the other one along with them.

Of the new boys Steele, Jiath and Heath are participating in the main session. Mihocek doing rehab. Seems to be the only player present in rehab.

All players doing the elastic band exercise I described earlier.

So far AMW is participating fully in training.

The jumper numbers aren’t set yet. Today it was just grab a jumper and get out there!

The only one that might be permanent is X in #5

In all seriousness. Hard to tell as they haven’t really touched footy seriously. 

Jefferson’s test will be on the field. Imagine he starts in the 2s. He will have to earn and keep a spot.
