A very exciting passage of play for all Demon supporters

Anyone get a tad excited when the Demons took the ball out of the centre and a chain of handballs by our young guns resulted in a goal to Juice Newton?

What a great glimpse of the future

I cant remember the players involved, but I know Buckley gave off a handball

Can anyone write down players involved in the correct order that led to the goal? My memory is not so good!

I think it was Dunn to Buckley to CJ to Bate to Juice....

At least some of them can execute the run and carry properly ;)

I think you've added CJ out of wishful thinking Jaded, but I might be wrong. I remember it as Dunn to Buckley to Bate to Juice.

Nope. CJ was definitely involved.

It was a quick handball from Buckley to CJ to Bate.

Yeah i remember it involving CJ as well.

I think sylvia was involved too, i may be wrong

Any more names we need to squeeze in there? Frawley and Petterd haven't been mentioned yet. :P

I swear I saw Issac Weetra put on a shepard during that piece of play!!

I think sylvia was involved too, i may be wrong

I'm pretty sure Frawly, Jones, and Neville was involved too, Pettard was trying to get back on to be involved.....

nearly got very inappropriately excite !!! lol

there were a couple of passages.. quite liked the White thump forward.. resulting in a quick passage leading to goal.

was like turning back the clock...or was it turning it forward perhaps ??? ;)

Brocky, it was hayes - but i don't blame you for missing it.

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
