Just briefly, I hope everyone who was able to, catch some of ND's post game interview with Ox.

What he said really epitomises his true nobilty and genuine love for the club. I know it can be said that these attibutes don't win you premierships...but i defy anyone to find a premiership coach not possessing such qualities of unification, conviction, transperancy, accountability aswell as beiong able to relax and relate to the group whilst being a figurehead for the club and what it stands for. Daniher baggers should not lose sight of this.

    I confes to not hearing that particular interview.. but I doubt if anyone..here or otherwise ever beleievd anything but that as described. it was just his overal leffectiveness as coac of MFC...everything else practically everyone will agree to.

    the ox pre game on 7 and sen thanked neale for all he did for the ox and said its only been since he has retired that a lot of the things ND said to him he has realised are true and said the biggest legacy ND left on him is off the field not on.

His secondary role as a backup ruckman, which may have hindered his ability to further develop his game, and he was also impacted by the team's poor forward connection. It will be interesting to observe his performance under a new coaching regime.
