You make an example of the biggest offenders.

When everyone goes home after training you.make sure that the offenders are still kicking at goal until 10 pm.

This isn't AFL standard. I'm sorry but it's a frequent occurrence so the coaches have to cop it.

    The team is mentally weak and this comes from the top down. The skills are inexcusable and are a coaching, recruiting and individual player issue.

    When will we actually make a change to fix the issues?

One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game.
