PRESEASON TRAINING: Wednesday 15th January 2025

Did you say 22, and not 23 deliberately? Sneak him in as the 23rd man? Or back in AJ for Round 1? - nobody seems to want JVR doing the relief ruck work....

Campbell is at his 4th club. If he was good enough to be in our starting 22 he wouldn’t be on our list.
I think he’s a nice player and excellent addition but I’m realistic about his role.

Yes, he has talent  but his history is a little disappointing; however, I have (consequential to being under Max's influences) some hope and if he is currently training well enough to acquire certain praise from DL observers, then perhaps, moreso.

I'm fine with JVR rucking as long as we have 3 tall forwards. Most likely the same as last year - Petty forward and TMac back.

The only alternative is Johnson plays and rucks. JVR and Disco forward, Petty back and TMac at Casey.

I don't have Jefferson in the frame at this stage.
