Does it?  Or does it say that on the day others played better.

I will be shot down for this next comment.  Clarry is amazing and consistent for a full game and as a result is a worthy BnF and Coaches champion.  But it is rare that he is the 'game changer'.

Our 'game changers' are Gawn and Petracca.  When they go into 'beast mode' there is no stopping them.  They will put in an amazing spell that turns the game and demoralises the opponent.  Like in the GF, on Sat night there was a point where Petracca played as if 'we don't lose this game on my watch' and he went into 'beast mode'.   He is a tactical weapon, breaks the game open and turns it in our favour with an amazing spell on the ball.  Ditto Max.

I agree with this but the unsaid part is that without Oliver's game we lose. He isn't just an accumulator, he is dangerous and impactful with those stats.

Which is why I think he is underrated: he might not change the game in a moment, but he changes it over 120 minutes.

Not to underscore Jake's efforts which were huge given the doggies touted fwd line but Max was easily best on ground, followed by Trac and then Kozzie.
