The rain... sounded like polite applause.

Hah, the Mcc again,ย  to the sounds ofย  'Raindrops keep fallin' on my Head'.

ย

Seagulls fluffing their wings,ย  up on the roof.ย  Still to hear this one yet, on C-7.

Common boys you know you want to.

Only gobfull I got was from coach - reckon I wasnโ€™t going in hard enough.ย
Radar thinks - you wouldnโ€™t go in too hard either if you had to do 14 hour nightshift after game

Didnt listen to radio coverage.

Did they use canned sound?

Nope. ABC said you get it as it is.

Clearly heard players yelling, Dylan Grimes said they could hear commentators. Could hear rain lashing the plastic ย seats one time

the ball pinging into the goal post and the wobbling sound as the post shakes! "wugga, wugga, wugga"

ย

The sound of a smotherer getting finger tips on the ball.

Iโ€™ve noticed the umpires so far this round are picking up touched kicks far more regularly than last year.

I also notice Bontempelli trying it on the claim a mark with the umpireโ€™s screams of โ€œTouched, play onโ€ echoing across the ground. I wonder if the umpires will show less mercy to the player for these and 50 metre penalty situations given the playersย should be hearing all the calls.

It's so good now to clearly hear the actual sounds of the game, players, umpires, ball etc. again.ย ย takes me back to when I wasย playing and heard all that.ย
