Nothing to do with why we lost.

Agree, our turnovers crucify us, yet we have not been able to rectify this under this coaching group. It's been 3 years now (well 2.5), yet there's been no improvement.

Still haven't beaten anyone that we didn't beat last year.

One poor moment. Get a grip. Has been good most of the day.

Point the blame where it belongs today. Gawn, Tyson, Harmes, Kennedy, OMac, Dawes all poor. Clearances and over handballing cost us the game.

Gawn was good, the others ill give you. M jones was good first and second but went to sleep thereafter.

Might be unfair to put it just on Gawn, but we lost the clearances today and a lot of his hitouts went to the Crows.

Lol brawls in AFL Members.

Adelaide supporters are such ockers.

If we are going to persist with OMac who is clearly underdone and not up to it at AFL level yet why not blood Weidemann and drop Dawes up forward. It really cant get much worse than it is anyway with Dawes and we can get Hoges / Watts / Weid working together now.

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
