Footscray v Casey Scorpions - Round 2, 2015

Featured Replies

Great quarter by Grimes predominantly on ball. Won plenty of clearances with poise and gave great drive through the center. Terlich giving good run and drive through the corridor as well. Toump strong, has heaps of time at this level but would like to see more run and carry in second half. They'd be my Demon top 3 ATM

Apologies- couldn't get out of work early but made it at half time with Casey trailing by 14 points. It's now 16 points down.

Riley mentioned for the first time in commentary... It will be interesting how many disposals he has had. They certainly have no time recognizing Dogs!

Thanks guys for the updates!

Keep em coming

Grimes has taken two magnificent marks this quarter running back with the flight of the ball. Playing on ball for large chunks of this game

thanks for the updates all.

as i've said previously, if grimes is to make it back into the demons, he has to play as a midfielder, so it's good to see him moving through the midfield rather than stationed as the seagull off half-back.

we need much more run through the midfield, so we need him, toumpas, stretch and others to emerge as genuine midfield options, moreso than riley, matt jones, or bail.
