    Ask Beamer for his MFC videos back and show the boys the history of the club. Undertake some good old fashioned team bonding, take them out ten pin bowling and then shout them all a happy meal. And then just play some simple man on man football and have a dip.

    Hopefully the prize in the happy meal is a clue. Not many of our players seem to have one of those.

    Against the Eagles,we go man on man all over the ground so that we have 18 one on one contests across the ground.

    Every player should be at Etihad watching the Roos/Cats game to see what it takes over 4 quarters.
