Mark Of the Year

Featured Replies

the best mark ive seen for a while was moorcroft vs bulldogs that was serious hang time

I agree. :D

<<<<<< Look left.

Yze's was pretty good, ala sampi where he catapulted off the back, but Ottens has to win it. Look at his mark and he has the classic sit and he rides his opponent all the way down. Especially for a big man it is a fantastic mark.

Would be nice if Yze did win it, but looking at it from a neutral point of view, Ottens' was better.

a couple of juice newtons grabs in the sandy 2's over the past couple of weeks have been better than both of them. maybe he could win it???

pencil him in to win a mark of the year in the next couple of years!!!

I saw Newton play on Saturday for the first time. I reckon he's got a bigger leap on him than Robbo. I know he is only in the Sandy reserves but he will play for Melbourne and he is an excitement machine.

Just thought it was worth looking back at the archives. That could turn out to be a very good prediction!!!

Feel free to take note of this prediction people!

Foock that is good.

He might not win but to pick that when the kid had hardly played a full VFL game let alone an AFL game was fucking good!

No praise like self praise! Good effort - any chance you could look into your crystal ball and tell me 2 things:

1) our new coach

2) when will we win our next flag????

Cheers!

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Western Bulldogs

The Dogs reigned supreme in 2018 with an inaugural AFLW premiership cup and the Demons matched this feat by winning the cup as the Season 7 2022 champions.Meggs wasn’t born when the Doggies won their first VFL premiership cup against the Demons in 1954. Covid prevented many Demons fans from legally witnessing the victorious 2021 AFL Grand Final cup performance between the Demons and the Bulldogs, but we all grin when remembering those magnificent seven third quarter goals.
