A good result, I thought we'd have more than that.

what happens there? skipped ..ouch

he got swallow - next person ranked in their rankings

going by that he'll get boyd as well

Fair enough. Swallow and Boyd should both win lots of touches.

Hope Bartel does the same...

he'll got boyd next .. both not too shabby

Damn I wanted boyd

I know who'll go at 2 if he doesn't go at 1.

:D

Dappa has 1 category wrapped up every week with Sandi. My no. 1

damn

Boom. Now he just has to stay fit.

I had my sights set on Sandilands. Pretty shattered to miss out

He was a ripper for our league last year. He was never going past pick 3 or 4.

Mik can you sneak into peoples accounts to pick their "next" autio selections for them if they don't turn up?

Tried that. No luck.

same haha

Ummmm, not sure why that skipped.

I hope that doesn't happen any more. Weird.

Bad for snomeD

Tried that. No luck.

How'd you get Boyd?

Rounds 1-2 arent that hard in my opinion. You win and loose leagues with your depth picks from rounds 3-8 etc. This is what i'm excited for!!

Now he got paddy?

Good player for Ufooty.

Can't explain how that happened.

WHAT THE HELL?!!!!

SHENANIGANS!!!!

I think you should trade him to snomed... just so it's all above board. :D

Smomed's pick was skipped, so Boyd was available, then it gave him paddy after I got Boyd. I can't explain it.

No, the same thing happened last round. It appears that you only get auto selected 30 seconds after the person directly after you therefore if you're incredibly keen on the player and you pick them up quickly it gives priority to the person actually in the live draft.

I can't work out if that makes sense but basically the auto selection gives the person drafted directly behind the person absent a moment to choose before it allocates the absent drafters' player..

God i suck at English.

It’s Game Day, and the Demons return to the MCG wounded, undermanned and desperate. Still searching for their first win of the season, Melbourne faces a daunting task against the Fremantle Dockers. With key pillars missing at both ends of the ground, the Dees must find a way to rise above the adversity and ignite their season before it slips way beyond reach. Will today be the spark that turns it all around, or are we staring down the barrel of a 0–6 start?

  • PREVIEW: Fremantle

A month is a long time in AFL football. The proof of this is in the current state of the two teams contesting against each other early this Saturday afternoon at the MCG. It’s hard to fathom that when Melbourne and Fremantle kicked off the 2025 season, the former looked like being a major player in this year’s competition after it came close to beating one of the favourites in the GWS Giants while the latter was smashed by Geelong to the tune of 78 points and looked like rubbish. Fast forward to today and the Demons are low on confidence and appear panic stricken as their winless streak heads towards an even half dozen and pressure mounts on the coach and team leadership.  Meanwhile, the Dockers have recovered their composure and now sit in the top eight. They are definitely on the up and up and look most likely winners this weekend against a team which they have recently dominated and which struggles to find enough passages to the goals to trouble the scorers. And with that, Fremantle will head to the MCG, feeling very good about itself after demolishing Richmond in the Barossa Valley with Josh Treacy coming off a six goal haul and facing up to a Melbourne defence already without Jake Lever and a shaky Steven May needing to pass a fitness test just to make it onto the field of play.
