I'd say the main difference is that I still act like a tool while the season is in full swing.

I blame it all on iPhones.

It makes this all too accessible when a moment of boredom strikes.

Probably get me fired one day too.

Cam Bruce looks great in the trackies. So casual. Love it.

Cam, then Green, then Beamer, Riv, Flash, Grimesy...

I think the act of being made captain for a year acts as a catalyst for players to take their game and leadeship in general to a different level.

Why have only one player on the list benefit from that?

Share it around and the club will be better for it.

Joint captaincy is not the same as a rotating captaincy.

So now you're even more of a fool because the idea of a 'rotating captaincy' is even more ludicrous than joint captaincy!!!

Poor form. Just... poor.

You've pretty much solved your damn problem!! Listen to posters and limit your posts!!

SHUSH ALREADY!! Please!! No no no no!!! One captain! The guy that deserves to lead the club most! Don't make a mockery of the whole system! We'd be the complete laughing stock and joke of the AFL if it was your way!

It’s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brilliance—mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
