Oh Bloody hell!

I was so looking forward to watching the Dees at training... was gearing up the whole family to go and watch...

10 mins down the road and I'm there... now its at Casey.

I hope they make an effort to do it again soon.

Thanks JCB. Good info.

i try and influence the local school children by wearing my demons jumper and generally being over excited (normal) whenever someone mentions the dees :) (im a chalkie)

Funny you say that. I remember my Grade 2 primary teacher converted nearly our whole class (bar 3 or 4 of us) to barrack for Essendon.

This was in 1990 and Melbourne then went on to beat Essendon at Windy Hill that year, and I remember hanging it on him and the class. I was the happiest Grade 2 that Monday! :-)

Which goes to prove winners are grinners!

haha well at a primary school of approx 400 last year, i think there were about 5 melbourne supporters.

the best thing i saw was "footy day" a kid came with a white bonds shirt, and 3 lines of gaffer tape stuck to it to look collingwood. i nearly died with laughter!

lots of cats, pies and saints supporters now.

of course.....the great sequence of questions...

how many flags have the cats won "25" "15" "40" yeah um try 8 i think it is

how many flags have the sainst won? "30" "25" "17" yeah, one.

how many flags have melbourne won? "none, they are crap" - uh, 12. always gets a surprise :)
