Farewell Jesse Hogan
Can those posters that are in the “no to trading Hogan camp” please enlighten the rest of us which games he’s dominated this year. Or more to the point, his numbers/stats in our losses. For those who keep bringing up his potential AA form, again, against which sides? What he achieved in his first two seasons counts for nothing now. He is clearly not the player we all thought he’d be which ever way you spin it. Im all for trading him, but would want a gun mid in return. One that fits our age/talent profile. Then target a Peter Wright or similar.

Delisting, Trade and FA discussion 2018
Hogan Melkaham Salem I think it drops off after that. Half that list can’t get a game, Lewis and Jones are both nearly cooked. Potential in ANB, Smith and the Weed.

That sucks, expensive return flights and flying on a Wednesday (that's too early for my liking). We usually fly down on a Thursday after work and back on a Monday/Tuesday. I'm originally from Melbourne so I have family and friends down there and have accomodation options, plus Melbourne has great public transport. The effort you guys put in driving over is massive, hats off to you, and yes gotta love Fox Footy.

Jack Trengove signed by Port Adelaide as a Delisted Free Agent
I was taking the .... DC. We got bent over paying any amount of Watts wage considering how many players Port have acquired. Whilst not all of them were top end (in terms of money not necessarily talent) none of them are 1st or 2nd year players. Then to cap it off they offload Lobbe for pick 2482 to free up salary cap space for themselves. It's Ports job to manage their salary cap not ours. They should of made one of their overrated players take a pay cut.

Are we also paying part of his salary?

I just read your post quickly (I'm at work) 2018 marks my 14th year as a Redleg, I was under the impression that a reserved seat cost extra? I thought the standard Redleg allowed you to sit level 2 , Great Southern Stand N1 - N4 first in gets pick of seats. N5-N6 is for reserved seats. Thats what I've thought all this time.... Having said that I'm probably wrong.

Is Hogan staying? The sooner we know the better, I don't want to hear about "waiting for the CBA", it's not as if he won't be looked after.

Same reason we have 2-3 threads leading up to a game, a game day thread, then 5-6 threads after each game discussing the same points over and over. Whats done my head in recently is the "long time listener, first time caller threads".

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CLAYTON OLIVER
The coaches have to be really strong with regards to the gifting of games. Grimes copped it last year, Watts was introduced to the concept, as long as it's consistent.
