You completely missed the point. The point is player perforance in games (let alone at training) are open to interpretation and whilst the effort is appreciated by the people who do make the reports the fact remains it's hard to read a lot into training.

Probably a little harsh with my wording, I just can't see Strauss being much more than an average VFL player from what I have seen of him. I hope he turns out to be a very good player, I just don't hold high hopes. A broken leg doesn't help.

Morton needs to trim down / not train with a hat on. On a serious note, James Manger is a big unit, I like the look of him.

If you're talking about the game where Melbourne beat Sydney by 72 points, Goodes destroyed Morton that day. Goodes destroys a lot of players but Morton stood no chance unfortunately.

Extra loads? If a player can't kick a football on his opposite leg no matter the loads he shouldn't be playing.

I don't think Clark will kick a lot of goals, but his presence will still be extremely valuable. If fit, I see Jurrah and Howe as the most likley to kick the most goals.

I'm sure he is great on his right foot at training, but we need to see it in games under pressure.

Take a footy home and practice kicking on his right foot in his back yard.

I'm amazed that with all the free time and coaching resources available to players Bate still can't kick on his right side at an adequate level.

I realise this and I am not questioning the training (I was there today for most of the session and I wouldn't know what is and isn't good), however I am also wary of the blind faith shown by some supporters.

Whilst I don't necessarily agree with Freak's analysis, everyone was pretty excited about training and had a lot of "faith" in the football department when Bailey came on board, but we now know how that all turned out.

What really annoys me about Haddin dropping that catch yesterday is that he was carrying on like an absolute [censored] after he took a couple of regulation catches in the first innings.

If you look at Davey's body shape now compared to when he started it is completely different. He is much heavier now and doesn't glide over the ground as freely as he used to, I am not sure he is still suited as a small forward, but more than happy to be wrong.

Nothing wrong with making a video, but at least do it well or with some structure. Watching Cale Morton dance like a [censored] doesn't promote the club, no matter how much "fun" the team had.
