I called for Weideman in for Jackson about a month ago. Jackson clearly is distracted and has offered next to nothing for much of the season.

At quarter-time In our game, despite being a couple of goals up my overriding thoughts were that Sydney’s pressure was better and we didn’t handle pressure as well as them. As a result, we fumbled and got caught a lot and for me that was one of the biggest reasons we lost.

Without watching a second of the game, just looking at the scores I said a mate that Fremantle would win when they were 40 or so points down. The reason is the Bulldogs got out to the lead so early and couldn’t quite bury them and ended up treading water. 40 points is not enough, two more goals and it was game over. The ultimate Dangerzone.

Salem hasn’t been fit all year, wouldn’t surprise me if we don’t see him again for the rest of 2022. He’s a star, but his knee has clearly been holding him back.
