  1. He was ducking and yet our players still tackled poorly allowing the free kicks to be drawn.
  2. Still had a slight stutter but the big difference for me is he wasn't holding the ball over his left foot like he does now.
  3. He kicked seven goals under the roof of Etihad. His kicking lacks penetration and is therefore far more likely to be impacted by even the slightest breeze.
  4. Is Hogan too stubborn to work on his kicking action?
  5. True, but at least we have some ability to negotiate (as opposed to walking out as a free agent). Based purely on my gut instinct I think he's gone, I don't think it will be money I just think he will want to be back in WA.
  6. Who else is excited about seeing Fyfe run around in the red and blue?
  7. I don't even know why Hogan needs to go and visit his family in Perth, he has all the family he needs here at Demonland.
  8. The only solution here is to move the whole club to Perth.
  9. On Footyology (Channel 31 show with Rohan Connolly and Mark Fine) they mentioned that during the week David Schwarz gave a speech at Melbourne and apparently Hogan wasn't all that receptive after Schwarz's criticism of Hogan's kicking earlier in the year.
  10. The funny thing, either way he will be earning a lot of money whether it be at Melbourne or another club, yes it may be more elsewhere but enough to pack up and move? If a club is willing to dedicate a large portion of their salary cap to one player then it will be a massive gamble.
  11. He would want to start kicking more goals and cracking the sads less before he commands too much money.
  12. Thank you, Jason Taylor.
  13. I like Dunn because I think he makes McDonald better, but that was a bad passage of play.
  14. Collingwood were second youngest last week, was this the case again this week?
  15. Compared to round 1 where he was barely offering a lead he looks much better with a bit of time up the ground.
  16. If he leaves we will get a lot in return for a trade, not all bad.
  17. That was his first genuine lead to the ball all day.
  18. I can't stress this enough, Melbourne taking Oliver at pick 4 truly is remarkable. In years gone by we would have just followed the "experts" and taken Parish (Scully, Trengove, Morton and Toumpas) but somehow without playing a game our recruiting team (along with some of us on here) were able to see the talent he has.
  19. He didn't offer any leads in the first three quarters, his teammates were forced to sit it on his head because he simply wasn't moving.
  20. Thank you. I just love how at all times Oliver was on the move, it was just so instinctive.
