No representative organisation/union would have automatic access to any "health" related program, unless agreed prior to program taking place. They would need to go to court, to get any documents relating to this program, regardless of how many injections were given. (Unless the club decided out of the kindness of its heart to send them a copy) why would they do that, when this has all been about hiding and covering up?

The players association wouldnt have the right to have the records, only the right to seek access to them if something is supected of going wrong., through a court.

Long story short, after mentioning to the guy that he hopes Freo and Methcoast keeps thier hands off, the guy replied with something along the lines of this......(paraphrasing) "Nah mate, my son is best mates with Hoges, and travelled over with about 15 other mates to watch him play his first game. He absolutely loves the Dees, and has said he intends to be a one club player. He is not leaving. No way" Anyway, made me smile. Hope that helps. Will try to get him to add anything of interest.
