Gee you have to look at Extra Brut at 9/1 in the CS Hayes.

A Day at the Races
Unreal huh guys? Not often you can just grab another 8/1 on top of your bet and be pretty damn sure about it. Ive thrown your 2 picks in with Sunlight and Written By in case Ozzie isnt up to it. As you say Macca, we can work stuff around our base combos.

A Day at the Races
Actually....do you know what?! If you throw Winx into our Multi as the 4th leg, you get another 6/1. Now that is money for old rope.

A Day at the Races
Tom is very good at running 2nd Macca. What a pity we cant put Winx at 2.00 into Multis. I also notice both DZ and i have Craig Williams ridding our BBs.

A Day at the Races

A Day at the Races
Maybe everyones feeling nostalgic because i posted Day at the Races film!!? The horse that won was number 7 High Hat. Its also a very apt horse to win our first race Macca ...Dont Give A Damn. I think thats the attitude that typifies the thread. (thank god)

A Day at the Races
Paid 13/1 on debut win. Looks a good sort, but i reckon its the trainers ego and the attention thats calling the shots here. We will see on Saturday. Thanks for that DZ

A Day at the Races

A Day at the Races
Looks like another hard day at the track. I like the sentimental nostalgic fav Macca. Lets hope it can salute. Im also going for another Day at the Races favourite that has saluted a few times for us. The shorter distance is a slight query, but hes also 3 from 3 first up and only missed a place once in 14 starts. Best Bet: Flemington Race 8 No 1 Osborne Bulls $6.50

The Co-Captaincy?
Interesting...from what Goodwin said on the radio the other day, it seemed that it would be retained. He didnt necessarily say who tho.

A Day at the Races
Perhaps we can have some new names. Macca can be Groucho, Dz can be Chiko and im Harpo.

A Day at the Races
Well yes very true Macca. In fact we have almost the same race with the same field in 2 weeks time back at Caulfield in the All Star Stakes over 1400m.

A Day at the Races
Just on Racing.com they are playing some history of the CF Orr stakes. Manikato, Black Caviar (only time she ever ran over 1400) won by 6 lengths, Lohnro (sire of Kementari) and Vo Rogue. Some big names there. Black Caviars win was the best though.

Yep i hear ya Macca. 7 from 8! No wonder they call you Tom Macca! Yeah i know that feeling. Actually they do pay 7 from 8, but you have to put the bet on that way before you begin. Somehow it never pays much, im not sure how the math works on that one. I had a mate up here who is mad punting on the basketball. He used to put (still does) bets on American NBL games, as a lot of games are predicable, but dont pay a lot . But he would do like a 20 leg multi or whatever the maximum number is. I told him he was mad and hed never get that many legs and should trim it down a little. Well....he got it 3 times. Won over 15k on at least 1 of them. Nice going.
