  1. What a nightmare. Have you tried giving them unsolicited advice on their sex lives and talking ad nauseam about the 'good old days'? Should keep them away for a while.
  2. I don't know why and have no inside knowledge, but I just have this feeling that Jesse will stick with us. He just seems to love what he does so much.
  3. Rofl Man I wish I'd seen that. Max sounds like a character.
  4. I wanted so badly not to get my hopes up this pre-season, but that interview with Brayshaw and Petracca has put a smile on my face that isn't going to fade for days. I can't believe how happy they both are, so positive. I suppose it will also help to keep the young group together through free agency if they have attitudes like that.

Yep. He's looking better than O'Rouke as well. I wonder if the GWS boards have "O'Rourke vs Wines" threads.

Indeed. I lost those items a while back, along with my 20/20 hindsight goggles and tarot cards. Have been attempting to get by with reasoning and logic these past few years. So far it has been an unmitigated disaster. If you happen to find any of my lost magical items, please let me know. I'm offering several beanie babies as a reward.

Yep. And remember we had Viney at 26 or something. At the time Viney was rated better than Wines and very similar game styles. We would have been taking 2 inside aggressive mids instead of taking one plus an outsider classy mid who was rated higher anyway. Call was the right one at the time given the info available.

Yep, I remember that as well. He was asked something along the lines of "who out of this year's draft would you love to play along side?" and he answered Toumpas. Jimmy will come good. I remember watching that game in Darwin where he was subbed off. He was devastated. Hadn't touched the ball, played sick and in the heat but was trying his guts out. Eventually that sort of passion and determination will pay off.

I really enjoyed Walter Mitty too Can't back you up on the latest Godzilla though. I thought it was aweful. Also the adds heavily implied Bryan Cranston would be the lead. I was sorely disappointed. Seeing Guardians tonight, can't wait :D

I must admit I'm in the same boat. Even the possibility of witnessing some beautiful BBO/Moonie sexual tension wouldn't be enough to get me to the game.
  11. Brilliant work P-Man :D
  12. I see what you did there, Stephen.

This makes me happier than you can possibly imagine.

Well if it works for you, no reason to change. I bought a new lap top a few months back and it came with Windows 8. Had no problem adapting to the changes. Boot to desktop and everything's pretty much the same. Keyboard shortcuts are still the same. I don't even see the 'tile' interface. I really liked the windows live integration as well, so I didn't have to set up a new user account. I did have to google how to turn the damn thing off though. Weird that they hid it in the settings thing.

    You disappoint me, sir.

You know it can boot straight to traditional desktop right? I really like Windows 8.

Nooooo, don't go back to the dark side! Steam sale starts soon, should be enough cheap stuff to keep you away from WoW for a while. I think I got The Witcher 2 for like $3 last time.

I once played WoW with a father and son, both of whom played rogues. We had to pick between the two for a raid, so the dad told his kid to go to bed so he could take the spot. True story. Online gaming - not just for 12 year olds.

I had similar issues with my Nvidia doing the massive pvp stuff too. Invisible people everywhere. Fortunately I stopped playing the game before being forced to buy a new card How's the game now? I got bored after hitting end game a few months after release, there was nothing to do except wait for world dragons to spawn. Levelling experience was probably the best of any MMO I've ever played though.

Which game? There aren't many around that would require a video card that expensive!

Jesse's extension would give me an 'extension'.

My wife is of Asian descent and it frustrates me that if you saw her walking a park one day you would not classify her as a "real Aussie". I realise the implication of your post is actually praising immigrants compared to those who may be born here, but it still left a foul taste in my mouth.
