Welcome to Demonland Toby Bedford
How does that work? Is it like the Swans academy picks where they spend points to move up in the draft if someone bids on their player? #3 Toby Bedford (Dandenong Stingrays) Starting the game inside 50 as a small forward, Bedford showed some fancy footwork on occasions but struggled to get into the game in the first half. Although late in the third quarter he was moved up the ground to the stoppages and created a real spark. He won a couple of hard balls in traffic and released each to advantage, before his defensive efforts were rewarded with a holding the ball free kick. He broke from a centre bounce in the final term and almost set up a goal with a long kick inside 50. https://www.afldraftcentral.com.au/tag/toby-bedford/ Sounds like Charlie Spargo, similar height too.

Round 15 Non MFC Games
How nice it would be to see the Dangerfield era in Geelong amount to nothing. Still annoys me they got him for virtually nothing. With the Swans, Crows, Demons and Richmond the next 4 weeks they could be in real trouble. Dangerwoodlett. The three stooges.

Ladder predictor
Well, the Doggies just upset the Cats. Everyones ladder prediction just went up in flames.

Round 15 Non MFC Games
The Doggies came so close to doing us a favour last week, please let them get over the line this time.

New CEO - Gary Pert
Actually I became a fan of Caro during the Essendon drug saga. She tore shreds off the cheats while the Herald Sun did everything they could to protect them.

New CEO - Gary Pert
LOL She would be praising him if he went to Richmond.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARRISON PETTY
Couldn't have said it better. No wonder you call yourself hemingway.

Is Jeffy Garlett just trade bait now?
If Kent has a big game at Casey in the next couple of weeks I cant see Garlett getting back in the team this season tbh. Especially if Spargo comes in vs the Saints. As it stands he probably third in line small forward behind Spargo and Kent.. and last week we didnt even play a traditional small forward.

Round 15 Non MFC Games
An upset tonight is not out of the question and would be a huge help to the Demons. The Doggies were much better last week, only lost to North in the last 30 seconds.

Can we compete with the best?
We will find out on Sunday.

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 15
If Petty can pull a Fritsch/Spargo and immediately look at home from day 1 and lock down the Lever role, we are back in business and the balance is restored. Frees up Joel Smith to use his speed off half back and Hibberd to go back to accumulating the footy and giving us drive. I hate to put that mush pressure on a first gamer, but he can be a HERO.

Puff piece on Daisy's success
Puff pieces on Demons never work out well for us. Expect her to have a shocker on the boundary tonight, mumbling plenty of words and a possible wardrobe malfunction.

Can we compete with the best?
Looking forward to playing the Swans at the G in Round 21. Huge test and it must be our longest hoodoo now we have beaten North.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARRISON PETTY
Awesome news. Has the football nous and ability to cover for Lever... in fact hes a perfect replacement for that role. No pressure though, hes a kid playing his first game. Good luck Harrison.

Probably no Petty debut this week then?

Changes v St Kilda
yes JR, but I think thats balanced out by the fact he did in wet conditions. Not easy for a tall forward when its wet and slippery. Was an impressive game.

Petracca in a rut?
I didn't make anything up, I was simply saying he may not be professional enough to stick to a strict athletes diet. This is the same player who broke his toe dunking a basketball while rehabbing from his ACL, leaving Paul Roos to tear shreds off him. https://www.foxsports.com.au/afl/christian-petracca-injury-how-melbourne-youngster-broke-toe-dunking-basketball/news-story/7d1d92330bc847943dbcb9ab8bbf4c66

Run home to Finals - 2018
Win the next 3 like we should and we will have a full head of steam going into the Geelong game. Beating them down there would be a big scalp and give us 4 wins on the trot heading into the final turn.... but for now, one week at a time. ?
